It provides information on the history of the AG Loan Fund, the policies and procedures for the AG Loan Fund, and the last three years of financials for the program. When opening your investment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Offering Circular.

A: For 30-Day Demand Certificates and Series C and D Certificates, interest can be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. A minimum balance of $10,000 is required for monthly payment.

A: Monthly automatic investments can be made to 30-Day Demand Certificates and Adjustable Rate IRAs. The minimums are $50 per month for 30-Day Demand Certificates.
A: Redemption from a 30-Day Demand Certificate can be made at any time with no penalty. For all other investments, our current policy is to impose an early redemption penalty of 2% of the principal amount redeemed prior to maturity. We may change this policy at any time without notice or consent from any investor.
A: APY stands for Annual Percentage Yield. APY is the rate you will earn if the interest is applied to the principal balance and compounded.
A: Premium rates are available to clients who have an aggregate investment of $250,000 in AG Loan Fund.
A: Additional investments can only be made to the 30-Day Demand Certificate or when the investment reaches maturity. Upon maturity, you will have a 10 day grace period to add additional money to your existing investment.
A: The AG Loan Fund certificates are not insured or guaranteed by SIPC, FDIC, or any other federal or state authority or regulatory agency, or any other person or entity. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation offers insurance only to banks. AG Financial Solutions is not a bank, and thus not eligible for FDIC.
A: Most investors send a personal check with their application. Funding can also be done via transfer from your bank.
A: Statements are mailed quarterly.
A: Participants can request redemptions by submitting a signed request to our Customer Care department. This request can be mailed or faxed.
